Job summary

Jetech Construction SDN. BHD is seeking a skilled technician to oversee operation, repair, and maintenance of data center facilities in Malaysia.

You will handle power distribution rooms, UPS, and safety systems while coordinating with clients on project delivery. The role requires a college degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics, with required certifications (Chargeman or Wireman) and hands-on maintenance knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for technical tasks related to the operation, repair, and maintenance of data center, including but not limited to the power distribution room, generator sets, UPS, power distribution control cabinets, circuit breakers, power distribution lines from the power distribution room to equipment in the server room, lighting and emergency lighting systems, and other circuit breakers involved in power limitation or safety protection.

Prepare daily maintenance reports.

Standardize work processes and implement standardized operations in the datacenter.

Responsible for the daily management of local projects in Malaysia

Job Requirements

College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. Relevant certificates (Chargeman or Wireman) are required.

Professional knowledge in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair.

Familiar with construction management of electrical engineering systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, good temper, and strong sense of responsibility.

Candidates must have work experience related to backup power supplies.
