Job summary

AEON Fantasy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure smooth and compliant operations to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily opening and operational checklists are completed accurately by the store team and take corrective action when needed.
• Support the Store Manager in planning, organizing and supervising daily store operations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, profitability and key performance indicators through effective operations.
• Coordinate promotional activities, local marketing initiatives, events and community engagement.
• Monitor store performance, customer traffic, service quality and report improvements to the Store Manager.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and daily checklists are followed and implemented.
• Coach and motivate team members through training and feedback to maintain a productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by resolving complaints and responding to inquiries across channels.

Ensure all daily opening and operational checklists are completed accurately by the store team before business operations commence, and take immediate corrective action for any non-compliance.

Support the Store Manager in planning, organising and supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Support the achievement of sales targets, profitability and key business performance indicators through effective daily operational management.

Support promotional activities, local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programmes to increase store traffic and sales when require.

Monitor daily operational performance, customer traffic, productivity and service quality, and recommend improvement opportunities to the Store Manager including promotional activities when required.

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational standards, company policies and daily operational checklists are consistently implemented and complied with.

Supervise, coach and motivate team members through regular communication, training and performance

feedback to maintain a productive and positive working environment.

Deliver excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer complaints, responding promptly to customer enquiries and feedback across digital platforms when assigned, and ensuring all operational incidents are reported in accordance with company procedures.

Ensure all attractions, equipment and facilities are safe, clean and operational, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Support and coordinate promotional events, community engagement activities, school visits, and collaborations with local partners, KOLs and influencers to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, audit requirements and operational guidelines.

Prepare operational reports, monitor store performance and provide recommendations to the Store Manager.

Work closely with the HQ Marketing Department to execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal events and brand initiatives while ensuring compliance with company brand standards.

Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by top management or [the holding company in Japan], from time to time. This may include tasks beyond the scope of the standard job description to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
