Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervising UNIFI Outlets Wangsa Maju on SALES & OPERATION.
  2. To sell, promote and serve walk-in customer on UNIFI INTERNET & UNIFI MOBILE packages.
  3. To train, guide and motivate Outlet's sales staffs for improving overall UNIFI Outlets Sales Performance.
  4. Willing to travel for training, meeting or other outlet visiting activities if necessary within KLANG VALLEY (cost covered by company).
  5. Great Promotion Opportunity to higher position to Region Sales Supervisor by managing more outlets after capability and result proven.
  6. Support Outlet's Sales by selling UNIFI INTERNET & UNIFI MOBILE packages through serving walk-in customers, follow up closely on customers' order status to completion.
  7. Support Outlet's Sales Staffs (Training, motivation and guidance to outlet's staff on products knowledge and selling skills to INCREASE SALES).
  8. Enhance sales process and productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes (Operational matter and process).
  9. Track and analyze sales performance, profit/loss rates, and quota attainment (Strategies to increase Sales Performance).
  10. Assist in recruiting and training for newly on-board sales talents (Recruiting and Training).
  11. Attending meeting, training from the principle represent the company and disseminate the information down to all the relevant team (Meeting, Training and Reporting).
  12. Assist and support the Company Director in overall Business Managing matters (Support Company Director).
Requirements:
  • Result oriented and independent by working without supervision.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work well in a group.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Familiarity with online and computing function.
  • 2-3 years in leadership position with increasing responsibility.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for outlet visiting, training and meeting if necessary.
  • Diploma or equivalent.
