Oversee a team that is handling global and local policy requests and policy issuance on behalf of Zurich Malaysia (General Insurance and Takaful).
Serve as subject matter expert in line of business, processes, and systems, ensuring efficient policy processing services while creating and maintaining optimal solutions for customers, ensuring both excellent service, quality and profitability.
Key Accountabilities• Model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
• Complete the performance management cycle with staff, including providing coaching and feedback for improved performance.
• Meet objectives of people management plan.
• Ensure all staff have and are implementing development plans.
