Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches, system enhancements, and onboarding processes.
2. Contribute to system automation projects and initiatives for the underwriting department.
3. Monitor systems regularly, and support reporting, data collection, and analysis activities.
4. Underwrite life insurance risks up to the authorized limit.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic biology knowledge is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and insights.
