MOOSAN Durian Club is an exclusive durian lifestyle and social club operating under The Green Valley's

plantation foundation. We're revolutionizing the durian enthusiast experience by bridging traditional

plantation heritage with modern technology solutions.

Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our IT development team. This role is

crucial in designing and implementing user-centric digital solutions for both our corporate operations and

customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently while collaborating

effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design process for our in-house applications and software solutions

* Manage design projects independently from conception to completion

* Work with business development team to architect system solutions that align with business objectives

* Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

* Develop system architecture documentation and specifications

* Create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for both internal and customer-facing applications

* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

* Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of design systems

* Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms

* Create and maintain our design system documentation

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products

* Demonstrated experience in project management and independent work

* Understanding of system architecture principles and documentation

* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)

* Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

* Knowledge of current design trends and best practices

* Understanding of web and mobile app development constraints

Preferred Skills

* Experience with project management tools and methodologies

* Background in system architecture design

* Experience with agricultural or lifestyle club applications

* Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

* Experience with agile development methodologies

* Understanding of accessibility standards and requirements
