We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join us. As a UI/UX Designer,you will create engaging, user-centered designs that amplify our clients’ brands andenhance the overall experience of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involvesworking closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, impactfuldesigns that align with client goals and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidatepossesses a keen understanding of digital advertising, a passion for visual storytelling, anda solid portfolio demonstrating successful design projects across various digital formats.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Campaign and Platform Design:- Design engaging and innovative UI and UX elements for web, mobile, landingpages, banners, and other digital ad formats that support campaignobjectives.
- Develop concepts and high-fidelity mockups that communicate ideaseffectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are optimized for conversion, SEO, and brand consistencyacross multiple digital touchpoints.
User-Centered Research and Testing:- Conduct user research to gather insights on target audiences and informdesign decisions.
- Collaborate on A/B testing strategies for campaign elements, analyzingresults to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Gather feedback from clients and end-users, refining designs to balancefunctionality with visual appeal.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with art directors, copywriters, marketing strategists, anddevelopers to ensure cohesive, impactful design solutions.
- Translate client briefs into digital designs that achieve marketing goals andenhance user engagement.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all design elements align with clientbranding and messaging.
Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:- Adapt quickly to changing client requirements, managing multiple projectsand deadlines efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, design innovations, and bestpractices to ensure the agency’s oerings remain cutting-edge
Design Standards and Brand Consistency:- Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems that streamline designprocesses and maintain consistency across client campaigns.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met to create inclusivedesigns for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital advertising or agency environment, with a portfolioshowcasing digital ad designs, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of design principles, conversion-focused UX, responsive design, andaccessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting design work to clients.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and eectively manage feedback to enhance thefinal product.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) to informdesign effectiveness.
