Job Responsibilities :

The position has a front row seat to impact our Razer Gold UX/UI design. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher & Designer to lead the UX research and UX/UI design of our Razer Gold products. In this pivotal role, you are responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves conducting user research, analyzing data, creating wireframes, prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and design consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into detailed designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Determine user navigation and interaction, maintaining UI/UX standards across Razer products.
• Work within project parameters including design goals, usability, and technical constraints.
• Understand users deeply, identify design problems, and develop elegant solutions.
• Test and iterate on product concepts rapidly using a user-centered approach.
• Coordinate with cross-platform teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and China as needed.

Requirements

• Passion for design and user experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in designing interactive experiences.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Proficiency with UX tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (visual, verbal, written).
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or gaming industry is a plus.
