The opportunity

EY is looking for IT Digital Advisor to join our Digital team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the areas of:

• Digital Product Design
• Digital Experience Strategy
• User Experience Design
• User Interface Design

Your key responsibilities:

• Create world-class user experience and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic suggestions related to functions and features.
• Effectively contribute in performance improvement projects, develop analysis, engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor Degree in Interactive Media, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant work experience in digital or technology initiatives management or implementation, preferably in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization

Ideally, you will also have

• Designed digital products (websites, mobile app and systems) for enterprise, preferably in FMCG/ Telco/ Online Marketplace industry for small to large clients
• Familiarity with various Digital tools, ranging from Adobe Suite to enterprise to open source solutions
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders and clients
• Basic knowledge in digital marketing and digital analytics and applying them your design
• Basic understanding in Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodology
