Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Figma and a passion for creating user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain design system components, variants, and tokens in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications.
  • Participate in sprint planning and execution.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Document design decisions and maintain design documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach.
  • Experience with responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies.
