Job summary

Uni Enrol Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a UI/UX designer who enjoys creating meaningful digital experiences through user-centred design. You will translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive designs for our student-facing website, internal tools, and products that help students discover higher education opportunities.

Working with Head of Products and a small design team, you will ensure designs are feasible, implemented, and shipped.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience.
A portfolio showing shipped work that demonstrates UX thinking and design process.
Good understanding of responsive and user-centred design, and core UX principles.
Solid proficiency in Figma and the ability to defend design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences across products, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
Support user research activities to gather needs and insights.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and troubleshoot UX issues.
Build and maintain UI components within our Figma design system.
Collaborate with Product Manager, stakeholders and developers for feasibility and implementation.
Recommend design improvements to reduce friction in high-traffic flows.
Stay current with design trends and share insights with the team.
