Minimum Qualifications

• Holds a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, or relevant certification aligned with UAV operations or aviation technology.
• At least 1 year of hands-on drone-related experience is desirable—preferably within industries such as surveying, mapping, or agriculture, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in basic MS Office tools; capable of preparing concise reports, presentations, and process improvement documentation.
• Exposure to drone mapping platforms like Pix4D or ArcMap is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated involvement in drone-based technical teams or project support roles is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
• Must be adaptable and capable of working in a range of field or office environments.
• Able to understand and interpret project specifications and technical documentation.
• Solid communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and productivity software.
• Clean driving history and the ability to pass a background screening is required.
