Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en QC ou production, de préférence dans les industries de drones, aérospatiales ou électroniques.
  • Connaissance pratique des systèmes de drones et des procédures de test.
  • Certification RCoC-B est un plus.

  • Inspecter et vérifier les composants des drones pour qualité et conformité.
  • Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et de vol.
  • Identifier et signaler les défauts, aider à l'analyse des causes profondes.

About the Role

We’re looking for hands-on Drone Quality Control Technician to inspect, test, and ensure our drones meet the highest standards before they take flight. You’ll play a key role in identifying defects, improving product quality, and supporting root cause analysis—all while working with cutting-edge UAV technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify drone components (motors, frames, wiring, flight controllers, etc.) for quality and compliance with design specs.
  • Conduct functional and flight tests — including battery, IMU, compass, motor rotation, and spraying system checks.
  • Identify and report defects, assist in root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Track recurring issues and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure drones are properly packed according to guidelines for safe delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Diploma in Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in QC or production, preferably in drone, aerospace, or electronics industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of drone systems and testing procedures.
  • RCoC-B certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ISO, QA practices, and safety standards.
  • Detail-oriented, communication skills and able to follow technical documentation.
  • Physically fit for hands-on work.
