Job description

Career Opportunities: Turnaround Coordinator (21856)

Supervise and coordinate a safe On-time turnaround for MH and FOCA aircraft and ensuring all participating entities of the turnaround process comply with the Precision Timing Schedule (PTS) in accordance to the respective airlines' Service Level Agreement.

Key Accountability
  • Responsible for a safe, secure & correct aircraft arrival to/departure from its parking bay. This is to include the overseeing of safety of the entire operation on the ramp area and departure gate, involving all staff and third party suppliers including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew, passenger boarding/de-boarding, loading/unloading of baggage and cargo
  • Responsible to monitor the turnaround activities so that meet the agreed level of service delivery, time frame as well as resolve issue(s) which may impact the aircraft turnaround
  • Coordinating & recording the safe and timely delivery of all services to the aircraft and updating reason of the delay for the aircraft
  • Coordinating, communicating and assisting with any disruption activities and status of the aircraft
  • Ensure implementation of new procedures, processes or product features and enhancements
Qualification & Experience
  • SPM with 2 years working experience in airport operations related to ground handling
Skills & Knowledge
  • Good leadership quality and good decision making in daily operation matters
  • Well knowledge in Above The Wing and Below The Wing activities including Load Control procedure
  • Well organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, able to work on own initiative to specific deadlines, have the ability to recognize and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring all ground turnaround activity services are delivered consistently according to service level standards and on time performance targets without any compromise to the safety and security standard
