About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at SD Plus Education in our Miri, Sarawak. This is a work from home full-time role that will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What You’ll Do:
As a Tuition Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our tuition center. Your responsibilities include:

Managing class schedules and monitoring attendance.

Handling inquiries from parents and students, providing excellent customer service.

Tracking fees, issuing invoices, and preparing financial reports.

Coordinating with teachers and supporting day-to-day activities.

Ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with the following skills and qualities:

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation tools.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
