Job summary

Une entreprise de renommée mondiale cherche un professionnel pour gérer les ressources humaines au sein de l'équipe TSP. Le candidat sera responsable des affectations de mobilité internationale, de la gestion des relations des employés et de l’administration nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe. Un solide bagage en administration des affaires et en coordination de personnel est requis, associé à des compétences interpersonnelles exemplaires. Ce rôle clé exige d'excellentes compétences en communication et une forte orientation client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en coordination de personnel et mobilisation.
  • Compétences prouvées en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes efficacement.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les affectations de mobilité internationale de personnalités TSP.
  • S'assurer que les lettres d'affectation et les visas nécessaires soient obtenus.
  • Gérer les relations des employés TSP, y compris les problèmes de performance.

Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing TSP personnel, travel, and related administrative activities as required by the Project or TSP department.

Job Description

  • Manage all TSPs' international mobility assignments in and out of TechnipFMC APAC, ensuring all travel and logistics are coordinated for seamless transitions.
  • Ensure assignment letters and necessary visas are obtained for all TSP personnel.
  • Keep project terms, conditions, and other documents up to date.
  • Handle TSP department employee relations, including performance issues, grievances, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant obligations and internal procedures.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to department procedures.

Promote collaborative work practices between the Project and TSP departments, including offshore training, administration, and travel.

Qualifications (Educational/Professional)

Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Knowledge/Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with SAP (preferred).

Effective people management skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years or equivalent experience in personnel coordination and mobilization across international locations.

Proven problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Experience in administrative support roles.
