Job Purpose
Responsible for managing TSP personnel, travel, and related administrative activities as required by the Project or TSP department.
Job Description
Promote collaborative work practices between the Project and TSP departments, including offshore training, administration, and travel.
Qualifications (Educational/Professional)
Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with SAP (preferred).
Effective people management skills.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years or equivalent experience in personnel coordination and mobilization across international locations.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Experience in administrative support roles.
