About the Job

Assist PM in delivery of project successfully. Coordinates the design and requisitioning of the portion of work assigned (per several disciplines or project areas and/or facility unit) in accordance with Technip QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.

  1. Assist Project Manager to meet project quality, cost and schedule.
  2. Prepares the list of applicable Project procedures.
  3. Prepares necessary project Procedures.
  4. Assists Project Manager in organizing project kick-off meeting and progress meetings.
  5. Conducts internal weekly progress meetings and other inter-discipline meetings as required.
  6. Prepares Minutes of Meetings for all meetings.
  7. Assists the Project Manager to set up project office facilities.
  8. Assists the Project Manager to produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
  9. Promotes teamwork within project task force/ team.
  10. Ensures all technical interfaces among various disciplines are properly managed and resolved.
  11. Monitors engineering disciplines progress and expedites the issuance of discipline deliverables per project schedule.
  12. Assists the Project Manager in the proper distribution of contract documents to the relevant disciplines.
  13. Coordinates Change Notices and Design Basis Deviations distribution.
  14. Organizes project review meetings such as layout review, 3D model review, etc.
  15. Assists Project Manager in closing out all the project related actions and preparation of archiving of documents.
  16. Plan and oversee digital and software development projects
  17. Implement digital system integration of the various softwares in the EPC environment.

  • Must have : Degree in Engineering. (Graduate & PE)
  • Additional qualification in Computing/Information Systems is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Minimum 3 to 15 years for of experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industries for PE position.
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Experience in Offshore and Onshore projects as well as digital system integration
