We are currently seeking a Project HSE Manager to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates will be offered Fixed Term Contract.

About the mission we offer you:

The HSE Engineer will execute the HSE Plan taking into account Group HSE standards and will provide expert advice and support at project and site level. Developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines.

Starting Date: Immediately

Main Accountabilities:
  • Assist in the development of HSE Information Packs for main subcontractors, and associated safety campaign material.
  • Maintain the Project Training Plan and associated records.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the project Risk Management Dossiers.
  • Collate, analyze and report HSE performance statistics in accordance with Company and Group requirements.
  • Maintain the Project Risk Register and report status of actions.
  • Establish and maintain register of project audit findings; report close out status of findings.
  • Assist in the development of HSE presentations.
  • Preparation of HSE Status Reports.
  • Assist in the development, review and update of HSE deliverables.
  • Systematic filing of the project HSE records.
  • Identification of trends regarding the recurrence of accidents/incidents/near misses and provides feedback to Projects as necessary.
  • Monitoring compliance with policies, performing site inspections, and preparing detailed reports on findings.
  • Leading emergency response initiatives and conducting investigations after incidents to establish causes and preventive measures.
  • Advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g., fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, occupational diseases, and waste management.
  • Liaising with Engineering and Operations teams to assess environmental impact and integrate preventative measures for health and safety into project planning.
  • Preparing and updating emergency response procedures and accident reports


About you:
  • Minimum 5-10 years working experience, experience delivering and executing project across onshore and offshore
  • Degree or diploma in HSE.

  • Formal Accident / Incident Investigation training.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Recognized Auditing qualification
