We are currently seeking a Environmental & Sustainability Engagement Manager to join our Genesis team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and delivering highly strategic outcomes for our clients via our engagements; independently planning mobilizing and delivering our projects within a timely manner.
The Engagement Manager is also responsible for developing our Environmental Sustainability Business; creating insightful marketing and thought leadership materials, and presenting to our clients and a wider audience (via conferences and subject matter engagements) for the purpose of originating and securing our projects pipeline.
This is a leadership role within the Early Advisory business, shaping and driving the energy transition narrative for our key clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sustainability management topics, including the development of sustainability strategies and the application of ESG frameworks.
The successful candidate will work as part of the highly skilled Environmental & Sustainability Team within Genesis, supporting a wide range of clients on varied and interesting scopes of work. The candidate will drive market expansion as part of the growth ambition for the Environmental & Sustainability Team; enabling us to showcase our expertise and deliver value across multiple industries.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and management approaches, combined with prior experience of the application of these ideally in a consulting setting, is essential.
