Job summary

VS TRANSPORT AGENCY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Lorry Driver to deliver goods safely and on time around the region. You will drive a large lorry, handle loading and unloading, and ensure deliveries follow road rules and company procedures.

The role requires a valid heavy vehicle licence (LGV Category 2) and 2–3 years of experience driving a lorry. You should be punctual, safety-conscious, and able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid heavy vehicle driving licence (LGV Category 2 or equivalent) in Malaysia.
• 2–3 years of experience driving a lorry in transport/logistics.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian road rules and safe driving practices.
• Able to manage time and plan routes effectively.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lorry safely on various routes.
• Load and unload goods and secure cargo.
• Plan routes to ensure on-time deliveries and fuel efficiency.
• Pre-trip and post-trip checks; report issues.
• Maintain simple delivery records (mileage, fuel).
• Follow traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.
• Update office and customers on delivery status and delays.
• Keep lorry and cargo area clean and tidy.
• Provide polite, helpful service to customers.
