What you'll do

• Manage and lead Trust and Safety operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistently meet performance targets;
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and professional growth;
• Track KPIs, set performance goals, and develop strategies to improve performance;
• Manage escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and professional resolutions;
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, solving problems to ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C2 level) – additional languages is a plus;
• Proven experience in operations management or team leadership in a fast-paced environment;
• Mandatory T&S experience (at least 2 years);
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance;
• Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
