Job summary

Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad is seeking a senior treasury leader to manage group cash flow, liquidity and treasury operations in Malaysia. The role will lead banking relationships, financing administration and funding activities, while overseeing tax compliance, transfer pricing and tax planning initiatives.

You will monitor foreign exchange exposures, hedge strategies, and support corporate finance exercises and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in treasury, taxation, audit or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, tax regulations, financing structures and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group cash flow, liquidity and treasury operations.
• Lead banking relationships, financing administration and funding activities.
• Oversee tax compliance, transfer pricing and tax planning initiatives.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and execute hedging activities.
