Veoliaenvironnementsa in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Treasury Support professional to manage settlements, cash pools, and bank dealings. You will oversee loans, FX deals, cash centralisation with HQ, and payments across banking platforms.

The role includes short-term cash reporting, liquidity planning, cash forecasts, KYC and audits related to cash and banking, bank account maintenance, user access across treasury systems, and involvement in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury support function.
• Experience with treasury settlements, cash management and banks.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Gsheet/Gdocs) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

• Administer treasury settlement processes including loans and FX deals.
• Prepare short-term cash reporting and projections.
• Assist with cash forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain corporate banking structures, including opening/closing accounts and signatories.
• Perform user security administration across bank portals and treasury systems.
• Assist with bank guarantees and trade finance requirements.
• Participate in treasury process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor treasury mailbox and respond to emails timely, escalate as needed.

Description du poste

As a Treasury Support, your main tasks will be to

• Administer treasury settlement process including loans, FX deals, Sweeping/cash pool with the bank, Cash Centralisation with Corporate HQ and auto/manual payments in the banking platforms.
• Prepare short term cash reporting and projections, ensuring adequate liquidity is available to meet financial obligations.
• Assist with cash forecasts, including data collection from various sources and variance analysis Assist with KYC, Internal Audit and Finance inquiries as they relate to cash, payments and banking
• Maintain corporate banking structure activities such as opening accounts, closing accounts and modifying bank signatories
• Perform user security administrator activities across bank portals and other treasury related systems
• Assist with issuance of bank guarantees, letter of credits and other trade finance requirements Responsible for electronic filing of bank statements, correspondences and other treasury documents.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives undertaken by the Treasury Team.
• Participate in other projects as required and directed by Management.
• Monitor Generic treasury mailbox and ensure all email queries are managed and responded in a timely manner and escalated to Manager where required
• Ability to adhere to strict datelines
• Familiar with Google platform, i.e. Gsheet, Gdocs is a plus point
• At least 5 years' experience in Treasury support function Strong teamwork, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
