Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily and monthly treasury operations in Petaling Jaya. You will monitor cash flow, funding needs, and liaise with group companies for timely data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury or finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly treasury operations.
• Monitor cash flow and funding needs of subsidiaries.
• Liaise with group companies for timely treasury reporting.
• Data-mining of treasury files for planning.
• Assist settlements for FX contracts/letters of instruction.
• Support macro and micro economic data tracking.
• Enhance treasury files, systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly and monthly treasury operation activities.
• Monitor treasury related cash flow and funding requirements (local and foreign subsidiaries).
• Liaise with group companies in data collection for accurate and timely treasury data reporting.
• Data-mining of Treasury files for operational planning and needs.
• Assist to process settlements for FX contracts/ letter of instructions.
• Support the Treasury department in tracking Macro & Micro economic data.
• Support the Treasury department in enhancing Treasury related files, systems and processes.
• Support and collaborate with other stakeholders within the Group on Treasury related matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by superior or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Treasury or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
