We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to serve as the main liaison between the Nestlé Treasury Centre, local market, and payroll for bank transactional issues. The individual will support treasury functions by bridging services provided by shared services and Treasury Centre teams to internal and external customers, and act as the primary contact for banks—coordinating and overseeing bank accounts and facilities.

A day in the life of...
  • Provide documentation required by local regulations or statutory bodies and liaise with central or commercial banks to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and validate treasury reports such as Nestlé Intra Group Loan Confirmation, Treasury Report (TREA report), Quantum vs SAP report, Daily Forecast, Cash Flow Forecast, Forex Forecast, Bank Charges, Net Financing Cost, etc.
  • Ensure timely execution of collections and payments according to schedule, including AP payments, manual payments, payroll payments, and netting collections and payments.
  • Support the implementation of working capital initiatives, such as supplier financing initiatives from NTCs/Centres.
  • Maintain up-to-date treasury documentation and agreements; assist in opening or closing bank accounts as needed.
  • Review and validate that Vendor Master Data Bank Details are accurate and current.
  • Support management and governance of cybersecurity risks related to payments, banking portals, and payment platforms.
  • Assess, investigate, and negotiate settlement of claims with suppliers, shippers, transporters, and service providers to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Monitor claims for prompt and maximum recovery.
  • Review third-party contractual arrangements to ensure insurance requirements are met and Nestlé's risk exposure is mitigated.
  • Review processes and procedures with stakeholders for continuous improvement to reduce claims and optimize insurance costs.
What will make you successful
  • Prior experience in Treasury or Finance functions; experience at Big 4 is advantageous.
  • Experience in insurance is beneficial.
  • Experience working within a network organization with internal and external providers.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
