Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia is seeking a Manager - Treasury Processing to lead the Banking Operations team. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, strong regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of Treasury Operations experience and a proven track record in leading teams, managing settlements, and driving process improvements in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Processing, or Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of treasury settlements, reconciliations, reporting, and operational controls.
• Experience handling Financial Institution-related transactions and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operational risks, and deliver service excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Treasury Processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Manage treasury settlements, accounting entries, reconciliations, customer maintenance, and operational controls.
• Oversee regulatory and management reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, BCP/DR exercises, and risk management initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Treasury Processing team while acting as the key escalation point for operational matters.
