Job summary

Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Treasury to lead cashflow planning, payments, and banking operations. You will ensure timely settlements with generators, fuel suppliers and vendors while overseeing receivables, payables, and payroll.

The role covers liquidity and debt management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and close collaboration with the Head of Finance to sustain financial health for the Single Buyer and related mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Minimum 3 years in SB (Single Buyer)

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure receivables are captured
• Monitor and manage payroll, staff claims processing and dividend payout to shareholders
• Assist in cashflow planning and management on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Manage banking matters including bank reconciliation and facilities
• Maintain sanction list for payments related to foreign countries
• Assist in debt and liquidity management (borrowings and interest on borrowings)
