Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead financing activities across its footprint. You will structure and execute debt facilities, coordinate lender interactions, and manage liquidity and risk.

With 5–10 years of debt financing experience, you will engage banks and investors across multiple jurisdictions to support DayOne’s growth in data infrastructure. The role requires a finance-related degree and strong modelling, analysis, and negotiation skills; CFA or CPA credentials are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 5-10 years' hands-on experience executing debt financing or capital-raising transactions with banks or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, loan documentation, credit analysis, financing covenants, financial modelling and treasury risk management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint;Bloomberg exposure advantageous.
• CFA/CTP/ACT/AMCT/CPA/ACCA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of loan facilities, project and corporate financing.
• Coordinate lender presentations, due diligence materials and funding scenarios.
• Manage financing transactions from mandate to close, including term sheets and security docs.
• Monitor covenants, compliance certificates and lender reporting obligations.
• Assist liquidity planning and hedging of interest rate and FX risks.
• Engage with banks and investors across jurisdictions.

As theTreasury Manager, you willplaya critical role insecuring financing and managing treasury operationacross DayOne’s footprint.Reporting to Senior Regional Treasury Manager,you willhave exposure to regional and cross border financing transactionsinsupportingDayOne’s growth in the digital infrastructure and sustainability space.Withopportunity to shape financing solutions and treasury practices for a growing datacenterplatform.

Support the structuring and execution of project finance, corporate loans, revolving credit facilities, green or sustainability-linked financing, mezzanine financing, bonds and private placements.Maintainingrelationshipswithbanking partnersand investors.

Prepare and coordinate lender presentations, information memoranda, due diligence materials, financing models, debt capacity analyses and funding scenarios.

Coordinate financing transactions from mandate to financial close, including term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangementsandsecurity documents.

Monitor conditions precedent and subsequent, financial covenants, compliance certificates, lender reporting obligations and key financing deadlines.

Support liquidity planning and the management of interest rate and foreign exchange risks, including hedging execution and documentation.

Perform any other tasks as assigned from time-to-time, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support the organization's evolving needs and priorities.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

5-10years’hands‑on experience executing debt financing or capital raising transactions and working directly with banks or financial institutions.

Strong knowledge of project finance, loan documentation, credit analysis, financing covenants, financial modelling and treasury risk management.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; treasury systems or Bloomberg exposure is advantageous.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, ACT/AMCT, CPA or ACCA are advantageous.

Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability, attention to detail, negotiation skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
