• Candidates with independent experience in successfully managing large-scale projects in financing and experience in real estate project financing are preferred.
• Thorough understanding of financing products in the financial markets, such as types of loans, bonds, supply chain financing, syndication loans, AR financing, and trade finance.
• Independently prepare and analyze cash flow projections of projects or the company and be capable of addressing financiers' concerns.
• Assist in securing financing deals with financial institutions according to the company’s funding needs, ensuring conditions (financial costs, security, etc.) are favorable and acceptable.
• Help develop and expand relationships with financial institutions.
• Be capable of preparing, negotiating, and implementing project financing (debt/equity) offered by financial institutions in the best interest of the company.
• Deal with capital markets, bank settlement processes, forex, and cash management products.
• Assist in managing and developing subordinate staff.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of related experience, especially in banking, investment banking, funds, or financing in real estate or large MNCs.
• Major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred; thorough knowledge of banking, structured financing, and financial instruments of debt and equity. CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; result-oriented; quick responder; self-motivated; excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Successful experience in implementing project financing in Malaysia or abroad; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; willing to travel for business.
