Job summary

Unigrà, a Italian agro-food group, seeks a Treasury Executive in Malaysia to manage treasury operations, AR, and trade-related activities, while monitoring foreign exchange for timely processing of all treasury transactions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, ACCA/CIMA/CPA holders are welcome, and at least 5 years of experience, plus strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. You’ll liaise with banks and support monthly closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting.

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and check daily accounting transactions against postings into the system.
• Manage Accounts Receivable functions including credit limit insurance, credit term policy, aging monitoring, and provision.
• Ensure accuracy of collection on the AR.
• Handle trade-related activities such as Letters of Credit, bonds, and performance applications.
• Process import and export related banking business including issue of letter of credit and letter of credit collection.
• Collect and arrange information required for trade/import financing.
• Monitor and analyse foreign exchange rates.
• Liaise with banks and payment service providers.
• Ensure all treasury related transactions are processed in system timely and accurately.
• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
