Short Intro and About the Job

The Travel & Expenses Analyst is responsible for processing of travel expenses to ensure timely and accurate payments while ensuring compliance. This is a replacement role within the organization. They assist employees with travel and expense-related queries, identify inefficiencies, participate in project implementations, contribute to process improvements, enforce quality control measures, and fostering collaboration.

Key responsibilities & activities:

• Processing of claims: Reviewing and validating employee-submitted expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, including verifying receipts & documentation
• Corporate Credit Cards: Manage and oversee the use of corporate credit cards by employees
• Policy Compliance: Ensuring that employee expenses align with the company's travel and expense policies, including adherence to spending limits and allowable expenses
• System Data Entry: Entering expense data into the company's financial or ERP system for tracking, reporting, and reimbursement purposes
• Communication with Employees: Communicating with employees to address questions, provide guidance on expense policies, and resolve discrepancies in submitted expense reports
• Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of employee expenses, approvals, and reimbursement transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to employees on the proper submission of time and expense reports, as well as the use of related systems
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of overall processes to improve efficiency

About You

• Education: Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Experience (in years): At least 1year of working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry
• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is essential. This requirement ensures clear communication and better services to ours region and partners in the region eg. Greater China
• Experienced in SAP ispreferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Robust understanding of end-to-end T&E processes (including compliance) and related tool
