Objectives of the Position:

• Responsible for managing inbound or outbound transport operations according to established guidelines, procedures, and requirements.
• Support process improvements, knowledge sharing, and risk management in overseas delivery services.

Main Responsibilities and Key Activities:

Outbound

• Coordinate sea freight transports for packaged deliveries, ensuring compliance with customer deadlines and cost efficiency.
• Monitor loading times and oversee loading processes at associated and external locations.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, packaging, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Assess and monitor service provider performance, transport reliability, and feedback rates.
• Prepare and verify all transport documentation, manage filing, and review additional costs.

Inbound

• Manage sea freight transports to our sites within EMEA, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Oversee loading operations and compliance with standards at related locations.
• Maintain adherence to legal, safety, and site-specific quality regulations.
• Monitor service provider performance, transport reliability, and shipment tracking.
• Prepare, verify, and manage transport documents and associated costs.

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Work Experience: 1-2 years in logistics or internship experience in transport management for fresh graduates.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in supply chain operations, distribution, and warehousing.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and handling of MS Office and SAP (preferably in R/3 modules).
• Structured, independent, and process-oriented work style.
• High customer orientation and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
