Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordination professional to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily truck movements and delivery progress. The role involves arranging driver assignments based on schedules and requirements, liaising with drivers, customers, and operations teams, and ensuring transport documents are accurate for billing.

Pre-employment checks and eligibility to work in Malaysia are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor daily truck movements to ensure all customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled within the required timeframe.
• Arrange truck and driver assignments based on delivery schedules, customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Monitor truck movements and delivery progress to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and operations teams to resolve delivery delays, scheduling changes and transportation issues.
• Ensure all transport documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD) and trip records, are accurate and complete for billing purposes.
• Prepare and submit daily transport reports, delivery updates and operational records on time.
