Job summary

Capgemini Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to drive process improvement and digital transformation in Banking, Payments, and Financial Services domains. You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and shape operating models and customer journeys.

The role requires 5–8 years in consulting or business transformation, with hands-on experience in banking products and multi-method delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Change Management, or Business Transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering transformation initiatives within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments organizations.
• Hands-on experience working on banking products, payment platforms, digital banking solutions, or customer transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management.
• Experience delivering change initiatives involving people, process, and technology transformation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Assess current-state business processes & assist future-state operating models and customer journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to define business challenges and transformation requirements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation strategies.
• Provide consulting recommendations aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and assist Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business solutions.
• Assist in process re-engineering, gap analysis.
• Collaborate with technology teams, product owners, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately delivered.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and implementation readiness activities.
