Purpose Statement: The Training Specialist II will develop and deliver effective technical training programs to aid in the enhancement of technical skills within the organization. This role is responsible for the creation of training materials, training coordination, and ensuring the seamless execution of training initiatives. This role involves the coordination and partnership with organizational subject matter experts on the appropriate training delivery methods and content accuracy.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Administer learning management system training to maintain data and record integrity and accuracy.
- Support communication and alignment of global training processes and programs.
- Manage training processes to ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, and training matrix requirements.
- Facilitate delivery of training materials to ensure effective content delivery.
- Manage training materials for compliance and accuracy by analyzing training related data and trends.
Education/Experience Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
- A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.

- Brings a foundation of experience in developing and delivering targeted technical training programs by demonstrating a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
