Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia is looking for a Training & Sales Engineering Senior Executive. This role involves visiting customers, conducting training sessions, and liaising with the Thailand team. Candidates should have a relevant educational background and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. This position may involve preparing reports and training materials.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience; less experience may qualify for an Executive position.
• Experience in the Automotive industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to gather data on their vehicles.
• Liaise with the Thailand team upon completion of customer visits.
• Conduct training sessions for customers, dealers, and sales team.
• Prepare training materials for refreshment and new product training.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and internal departments.

• Conduct training sessions for customers, dealers and sales team when needed.
• Plan training programmes or the division, dealers and customers
• Prepare training materials for refreshment training and new product training.
• Prepare monthly reports for management, internal departments and the division.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant qualification.
• 2 years relevant experience. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for an Executive position.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point, Word and Excel).
• Experience in Automotive industry will be an added advantage.
