A leading independent private trust company is seeking a Sales Trainer to enhance its sales strategies through comprehensive training programs. The role involves preparing materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with managers to ensure effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a related degree, with willingness to travel across Malaysia.
Organize and conduct regular training sessions, weekly presentations, and ad hoc training when needed.
Prepare and develop training materials including module summaries, videos, presentations, and printed resources.
Facilitate training for agents, agency teams, and clients; provide personalized training plans for underperforming team members.
Observe sales interactions to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training initiatives.
Collaborate with managers to assess training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and evolving demands in the corporate sales environment.
Travel across Malaysia to conduct training sessions and organize seminars.
Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with company objectives.
Develop sales enablement tools such as product briefs, pitch scripts, and objection-handling guides.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
Track training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and feedback from participants.
Handle other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and training methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
