Training Manager (Agency Management)

Provide various training programs to agency forces, including mandatory promotional courses, leadership and agency management programs, recruitment programs, coaching for performance, soft skills, team building, financial planning, PITA program, motivational and other related programs to branches, agencies, or nationwide as required.

Work with the agency force to identify training needs, develop tailored training programs, and assist them in performing better in a competitive business environment.

Develop agency management tools for leaders and agents to operate their businesses efficiently and effectively.

Conduct follow-up coaching sessions with leaders, potential leaders, and agents to enhance their performance and help them achieve targeted results.

Continuously review and upgrade training content to ensure materials are current and industry-relevant.

Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions for peers, leaders, and relevant parties when new programs are developed.

Lead new agent training programs to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, attitude, and habits to excel.

Track and monitor post-training performance to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.

Collaborate closely with business development teams to meet key results.

Oversee the training administration section.

Participate in any ad-hoc or special projects or initiatives as required by the company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.

Preferably with experience in Agency Training or Agency Management training within the insurance industry.

Agency Management Training Course (AMTC) certified.

Role based in Kuala Lumpur with the ability to travel domestically.

Good communication skills and proficiency in two or more languages.
