An investment-focused company is on the lookout for someone who can take learning and team development to the next level. As the Training Manager, you'll play a key role in helping teams work smarter by identifying areas for growth and turning them into practical, engaging learning experiences.

From designing content to running sessions and keeping track of progress, you’ll be involved in every step of the process. If you enjoy connecting with people, shaping how they grow, and making real impact behind the scenes — this role could be a great fit.

Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver tailored learning programs to align with business goals and team development needs.
  • Monitor team performance and adjust training paths to address evolving learning needs.
  • Develop engaging training materials that cater to different learning styles.
  • Continuously introduce innovative training methods to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Collect feedback to refine content, delivery, and training processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and external partners to ensure consistency in training delivery.
  • Track learning outcomes and apply insights to improve future training initiatives.
  • Assist in defining recruitment standards and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and forward-looking.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and or Banking, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Training or similar role within corporate sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices.
  • Proficient in using e-learning platforms and digital training tools..
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled at measuring sales performance against targets and goals.
  • Ability to motivate and coach sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Strong presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Professional certifications in sales training (industry-specific certifications are a plus).
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
