Design, develop, and deliver training programs for the Sales department on product knowledge, solution selling, and sales techniques.

Conduct occasional soft skills training for support staff to improve communication, teamwork, and other essential workplace skills.

Facilitate training sessions through various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.

Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and collaboration with department heads.

Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Convert training materials into e-learning formats for scalable and self-paced learning.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning outcomes.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, preferably in sales training.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies, product training, and solution selling.

Experience in soft skills training, such as communication, leadership, and customer service.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Proficiency in using online training platforms and e-learning development tools.

Ability to develop interactive and engaging training content.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, Train-the-Trainer) is a plus.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
