Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the Repair Station Training Programme (RSTP) to ensure personnel under the Airbus SMOA are fully trained for safe, PART-145 compliant maintenance.
  2. Provide material and manual improvements reflecting the latest maintenance practices, regulations, and environmental changes.
  3. Serve as the local Training Focal Point:
    • Organize training sessions (agenda, invitations, room booking/online link, attendance sheets)
    • Monitor Part-145 personnel training compliance and ensure 100% completion by the due date
    • Manage follow-up database, evidences, and issues
    • Perform other duties as reasonably determined by the Company
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Promote safety culture emphasizing human factors, safe working practices, and adherence to maintenance documentation
  • Maintain accurate training records for audits and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and regulatory bodies
  • Manage training budget, facilities, and materials
  • Oversee continuation training to keep personnel updated on regulations, technologies, and procedures
  • Review and suggest improvements to existing training programs
  • Gather and relay feedback from training sessions

This role requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity, supporting the company's reputation and growth.
