Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the annual Training Calendar.
  • Communicate training schedules, invitations, and reminders to participants and trainers.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, training materials, equipment, attendance, and refreshments.
  • Administer training-related documentation, including OJT forms for new joiners, Training Nomination Forms, and Competency Evaluations, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Process training payments by requesting invoices from training providers and submitting for approval.
  • Ensure all Training Nominations are approved by the relevant Heads and Country Manager.
  • Manage HRD Corp requirements, including ensuring claims are submitted before the course date and reimbursements are in line with HRD Corp statements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, attendance records, and post-training assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing of HRD Corp claims, training documentation, course evaluations, assignments, competency assessments, certificates, and other related correspondences.
  • Ensure all training records and processes comply with ISO requirements and audit standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, materials, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through the implementation of Group guidelines, delivery of compliance trainings, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Proactively manage workplace health and safety to support continuous improvement of company HSE performance.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned to support HR and organizational objectives.
Requirements / Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in training and managing HRDC fund.
  • Experience in HRDC grant and claim application.
