CTRM Testing Laboratory Sdn Bhd specializes in providing excellence in testing, calibration, failure analysis, training, and consultation at competitive costs. We perform materials and product testing in compliance with customer requirements and offer consultation towards international standards. Additionally, we provide training and consultation for both technical and non-technical subjects.

We’re looking for a Training & Consultation Executive to drive impactful learning experiences and strengthen our consulting services. Based in Melaka, this full-time on-site role is all about designing, delivering, and supporting programs that empower people, enhance performance and create business value.

Your arena? Everything from training design, facilitation, consultation projects and client engagement, to marketing support, program development and business growth initiatives. You’ll be managing programs, building networks and ensuring our training solutions stay relevant, effective and ahead of industry trends.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate, manage, and support training programs, workshops and consultation projects.

• Assist in developing training modules, proposals and technical resources.

• Facilitate events, engage with clients and contribute to business development.

• Support promotional and marketing activities for training services.

• Monitor performance, gather feedback and help refine our offerings.

• Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.

• Keep learning — enhancing your skills in leadership, communication and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Science or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience are welcome).

• 1–3 years’ experience in training, consultation or related roles.

• Strong facilitation, communication and public speaking skills.

• Experience in event coordination, training support or client engagement.

• Competent in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom, Canva, Photoshop or AV tools is a plus.

• Exposure to project coordination and sales/marketing activities.

• Proactive, organized and comfortable working under pressure.
