Timmins Training Consulting is seeking a Training Center Coordinator & Sales Support Executive in Penang. This hybrid role is essential for managing training operations and assisting in promotional activities. You will interact with trainers, participants, and potential clients, ensuring efficient center management and effective sales outreach. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to support both training and administrative tasks.
We are hiring a dedicated Training Center Coordinator & Sales Support Executive to manage our Penang training center. This is a hybrid role combining training operations, logistics management, and sales support activities during non-training days.
You will be the main point of contact during training days and support the sales and marketing team during off-training periods. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Operations & Center Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the Penang training center
Prepare and maintain training room setups (AV, internet, materials, projector, etc.)
Coordinate venue readiness including catering, cleanliness, and equipment
Greet and assist trainers and participants before and during sessions
Handle documentation: attendance, assessments, feedback forms, and training proof (photos/records)
Support logistical needs by running errands and coordinating training-related resources
Address minor technical/AV issues or escalate when needed
Sales & Client Support (Non-training days)
Work with the digital marketing team to prepare outreach materials, email lists, and brochures
Contact potential clients via WhatsApp, email, or phone to promote public training programs
Assist in registering participants and maintaining accurate client records
Support light admin or outreach activities related to public class promotion
Administrative Support
Prepare printed materials and participant kits
Assist with email campaigns and cold calling when required
Perform data entry and update CRM or contact tracking systems
Who We’re Looking For:
Based in Penang (or willing to relocate)
Fluent in English and Malay
Min. 3 years of experience in admin, event support, or sales is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hands-on attitude, punctual, and proactive
Warm, professional, and easy-going personality
Ability to handle customer concerns effectively
Willing to learn and use tools such as Google One, CRM platforms, or simple design tools
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Some flexibility required on training days (early setup or extended hours)
