Job Summary

Support department on training administration, system and digital tools related functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in the enhancement, technical support on system and digital tools, including promotion and provide training for agency members to drive adoption rate.
  • Communicate and notify agency and agency development team on training compliances monitoring and compile non-compliance listing on monthly basis.
  • Issue termination notice to agents who did not fulfill training compliance requirement.
  • Prepare training report for HOD.
  • Answer agency members' enquiries in relation to training matters.
  • Support and participate in company, division and department events and projects.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Able to write and speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Service oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to learn and progress.
  • IT savvy and computer literate.
  • Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
