A leading recruitment firm seeks a Training Academy Manager to develop and implement training programs for new hires, ensuring they meet set KPIs. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of recruitment, strong analytical and presentation skills, and at least 5 years of experience in the industry. This role will support the business's sales operations and contribute to continuous improvement as well as training effectiveness.
The Training Academy Manager will be responsible in building a learning environment which fits with the corporate strategy, values and business targets. The incumbent will lead the Training Academy with the main goal of ensuring every new hire is well-equipped with a strong foundation in recruitment techniques and driving new hires to achieve set KPIs consistently to achieve success. This position will also provide support to the business’s sales operations matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Training
Develop and perform regular reviews to identify performance gaps and recommend new curriculum development to ensure continual improvement of the curriculum.
Planning of the training schedules and executing the delivery of the training programs through classroom trainings and OJT
Ensure training programs comply with company/industry requirements
Design and seek improvement on competency assessment tools for new hires
Conducting of regular assessments to identify weaknesses so as to provide feedbacks and supplementary trainings to new hires
Monitor and measure training KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training interventions for Training Academy
Maintain professional and technical knowledge as well as keep abreast on changes to employment regulations
Develop and deliver ad-hoc training programs to support business objectives
Operations
Driving new hires to achieve set KPIs
Build and strengthen rapport with stakeholders and provide updates on the progress of the new hires
Conducting of weekly and monthly sales meetings
Consolidate, generate and review the performance report of the new hires
Provide support to the further development of the AT System.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry or any relevant exposure in fast-paced environment like corporate sales, project management or L&D etc.
Key competencies and personal attributes (knowledge and soft skill requirements):
Sound knowledge of the recruitment industry including trends, key players and competitors
Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Excellent presentation skills and experience in conducting stand up training with knowledge of various training methodologies
Excellent people and communication skills
Able to prioritize and proactively act upon important issues whilst keeping communication channels open to Management
Exhibit strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail
