Responsibilities
- Teaching classes for theory, practical sessions, and assessing all tests and examinations according to JPK and PSDC requirements.
- Preparing and conducting PSDC students' Orientation days and JPK Registration in accordance with PSDC and JPK standards.
- Assessing students' portfolios as an assessor to fulfill JPK and PSDC requirements.
- Planning and scheduling theory, practical sessions, tests, and examinations systematically.
- Developing teaching materials for coursework and final examinations (theory and practical) according to JPK and PSDC standards.
- Maintaining and housekeeping of facilities.
- Responsible for machine and equipment preventive maintenance in PSDC following 5S concepts.
- Ensuring own workstation and students' housekeeping adhere to 5S principles.
- Participating in PSDC Open Days and Education Fairs to attract more participants to PSDC training programs.
- Engaging in other PSDC industrial activities such as consultancy.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all PSDC dealings, transactions, or affairs encountered during employment.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen above 21 years of age.
- Possess a recognized Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM – Level 4) (MC-050-4:2015) or Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM – Level 5) (MC-050-5:2015).
- Complete JPK PP/PPD/PPB Induction Course and Vocational Training Officer Certificate (Level 3).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good work attitude.
- Able to undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
- Experience in related field.
- Able to work overtime.
