A leading international financial services firm is seeking a Trainer to enhance client adaptability of its digital platforms in Penang, Malaysia. This role involves delivering training on Citi’s products and managing client training requests effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 3-5 years of customer service experience. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

This is an intermediate-level position responsible for enhancing client's adaptability of Digital platforms. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer's training requirements and serve as single point of contact for receiving and managing Client training requests while delivering best in class client training on Citi’s suite of products in a timely and professional manner.
