About the role

We are seeking a Trainer and Retail Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at ES2000 STAFFING SDN. BHD., a leading retail and consumer products company in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic role within our organisation, contributing to the success of our retail operations and the development of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill our retail staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service

Monitoring and optimising retail operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Providing hands-on support and guidance to store managers, assisting with the implementation of operational best practices

Analysing key performance indicators and sales data to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to align retail operations with the company's overall business objectives

Developing and maintaining robust training materials, resources, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability

Experience in Events and Promoter coordination an advantage

What we're looking for

Decent experience in a retail operations or training role, preferably within the consumer products industry

Strong understanding of retail best practices, including store management, inventory control, and sales performance management

Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as business, retail management, or training and development
