Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG invites talented industrial trainees to join the Unit Process Engineering team in Kulim, Malaysia. You will support the Fab MNT KPI reporting process, drive KPI achievement, and present KPI insights at regular meetings, while contributing to Fab MNT projects in a high-tech cleanroom environment.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with CGPA 3.0 or higher. Training and mentorship are provided as you grow in a global semiconductor leader.

Qualifications

• CGPA must be at least 3.0
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Willing to participate in Fab MNT projects and manufacturing tasks

Responsibilities

• Generate Fab MNT KPI report.
• Drive module reps to achieve MNT KPI.
• Analyse and present the KPI report during regular meetings.
• Assist with other Fab MNT projects as needed
